2. Refund Policy
(1) In case you are unable to attend, to refund your registration fee, please click on the refund request process after log in.
(2)To request a refund of your registration fee, please note that a full refund will be granted for requests submitted by March 9 (inclusive), while 70% of the fee will be refunded for requests submitted between March 10 and April 2 (inclusive). No refunds will be processed after April 2.
3.In order to facilitate reimbursement, we will provide proof that Hangzhou Baibu Convention and Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. is the conference company of the ICOPE2026 conference, and the remittance to the account is the ICOPE2026 conference registration fee.
